 Perry Weinstein has been in the valuation, investment banking, private equity, and financial consulting industries since 2016. He has developed expertise in company valuations for merger and acquisitions, capital issuances and financing through his employment with major merger and acquisition and private equity companies - BDO, MJC Partners, ARES, and Hovde Partners.
Additionally, Perry has created investor decks and presentations for investment recommendations to hedge funds and private equity sponsors.
Perry has written research reports on and made purchase recommendations in community bank space for investment funds that include, Choral Capital, Downrange Capital, and Blue Lion. Perry holds Series 7 & 63 - general securities license, Series 79 - investment banking representative, Series 86, and 87, and research analyst.
